Ganesh Raman

Ganesh is a hands-on transformation leader with 23 years of global experience working on many cross-industry cross-offering solutions. He has experience in strategic planning, execution, and human resource activities. Ganesh is also a well-recognized facilitator and coach. He most recently received the Silver Award for Best Americas Coach for 2022 in the North America region from GoMaster Coach and the 2021 People Analytics Excellence award by SWA in Indonesia. Currently Ganesh is the Digital Change Director at Egon Zehnder in Canada where he leads large-scale strategic change programs impacting the future of work for the firm. Prior to his current job, Ganesh have been working with many reputable companies such as Accenture and Sinarmas.
