“Since graduating from ASEAN SEDP, Growth Session Myanmar has experienced significant growth in partnerships, visibility, and organisational development”, Mya Phone Sint, Founder and CEO, Growth Session Myanmar.
One of the biggest changes that Growth Session Myanmar has experienced after joining the ASEAN SEDP 4.0 programme is their approach to partnerships and ecosystem collaboration. Through the ASEAN SEDP programme, Growth Session Myanmar gained a stronger understanding of strategic partnerships and began collaborating with brands, organisations, and community stakeholders to co-create more impactful campaigns and programs.
Further, in 2025, they launched their own partnership network involving 30+ brands and partners to create mutual value for both partners and our maternal community. They also signed MOUs with 5+ organisations to support longer-term collaboration opportunities.
Beyond that, this growth has also brought a positive impact to their B2B revenue stream. Beyond community programs, they started facilitating impactful maternal-focused initiatives for multinational companies and organisations. This also led them to expand their product portfolio by introducing maternal training programs for companies, including support programs for working mothers and ‘back to work’ initiatives.
In terms of digital growth, ASEAN SEDP’s encouragement to strengthen MAGWAI’s presence across multiple digital platforms has yielded remarkable results. Digital transformation has also been a learning process for them, especially in adapting digital products and monetisation models to their local market context.
Therefore, during the program period, Growth Session Myanmar launched their own TikTok platform, which helped them reach new market segments along with different groups of parents and mothers with varying needs. More than that, they also launched their website (https://growthsessionmyanmar.com/) to strengthen their portfolio and organisational visibility, while continuing to explore digital products and hybrid learning opportunities.
At the organisational level, 2026 has become an important transition period for them as they focus more on organisational structure, HR systems, and team building to support sustainable growth.
As a growing social enterprise, Growth Session Myanmar will continue applying the knowledge and insights gained through the ASEAN SEDP programme to build stronger systems, streamline workflows, and strengthen internal coordination in the future.
