Many individuals with special needs (18+) face barriers in entering the workforce due to mental health challenges or other obstacles. They and their families often miss opportunities to showcase talents and engage with wider audiences, which limits their growth and visibility in society. House of Hope exists as a bridge to the world of work for individuals with special needs (aged 18+). With the support of Blessindo Harapan Mandiri Foundation, we empower them to explore their potential and thrive in the workplace. Special needs individuals includes people with neurodevelopmental disorders.
House of Hope is a social enterprise committed to empowering individuals with special needs, particularly those aged 18 and above, through inclusive training, employment, and social integration. Our mission is to create an ecosystem where they can grow emotionally, gain practical skills, and become more independent—both personally and professionally.
We operate nine core programs that span empowerment, creative expression, and social enterprise development: Hope Wellness, Hope Goods (Business Division), Hope Cast, Hope Design (Business Division), Hope Bake (Business Division), Hope Art, Hope Brew, Hope Farm (upcoming), and Hope Clean (upcoming)
Each program is carefully designed to build confidence, independence, and inclusive pathways toward employment.
