Leon Toh is the Executive Director of Damson Capital, an impact VC investing in early-stage ventures tackling social and environmental challenges in Asia. He is also the Co-Founder of Eden + Elie, a Singapore-based ethical jewelry brand creating meaningful work for neurodiverse artisans. Leon is active in the impact ecosystem through advisory, mentorship, and board roles across the region.
