  1. WEWAW Mentorship Program. Our flagship, affordable, and intensive mentorship program supports young women (ages 18–26) in pursuing career or entrepreneurial goals. Through medium-term, structured guidance—via one-on-one sessions, goal setting, and progress tracking—participants gain confidence, leadership skills, and digital competencies to thrive in modern workspaces.
  2. Community-Based & Sister Networking Program. This initiative builds a strong, peer-driven ecosystem rooted in sisterhood and shared growth. We facilitate bonding, learning, and support through key initiatives like WEtheWAW, SistersDate and Dari Kita Untuk Kita.
  3. Strategic Collaborations. WEWAW partners with institutions, companies, and ecosystem builders to co-create impactful programs. These include collaborative content (live sessions, digital campaigns), tailored workshops, research projects, and community-based initiatives—each designed to amplify women’s voices and access to opportunity in the digital era.
