In 2021, the call of applications for ASEAN SEDP 1.0 was open from February to May.
A total of 163 social enterprises from ten ASEAN countries applied for the programme.
All eligible applicants were assessed based on six main criteria, namely: Social Impact, Beneficiary and Market, Creativity and Innovation, Feasibility, Sustainability, Resources and Scalability
From each of the 20 selected social enterprises, two representatives were sent to participate in the entire programme cycle.
